What does selling video on PixVend cost?+
The Video plan is $39 a month with 1 TB of video storage and a 7% fee on video sales. If you also sell photos, add the Video Store to a photo plan: $30 a month on Pro (7%), $25 on Business (6%) or $20 on Enterprise (5%), each with 1 TB. Extra storage is $20 a month per TB. Card processing (3.75% + 30c) applies to every sale.
Can buyers download the video, or only watch it?+
You choose per video. Offer streaming to watch any time, a rental for a set number of hours, a download, or any mix, each with its own price. Downloads can be 720p, 1080p, 4K or your original file.
Is this live streaming?+
No. These are on-demand videos you upload: highlight edits, clips and full game recordings that people buy to watch right away or download.
How do you stop people sharing the video?+
The full video only plays for buyers, through links that expire, and the player shows a Licensed to overlay with the buyer's email. Non-buyers only ever see the watermarked preview.
Do the video fees change later?+
No. Video fees are fixed. They apply to Founding Members too, and they will not go up after the founding period.
Can I sell photos and videos from the same store?+
Yes. On Pro, Business or Enterprise, add the Video Store and your videos get their own section next to your photo galleries, on the same store and domain.
