Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for PixVend subscriptions, digital downloads purchased through seller storefronts, and print orders.


1. Subscription Refunds

Monthly plans

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription if you are not satisfied.
  • After 14 days, no prorated refunds are issued for the remainder of the billing period.
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

One-time purchases (plugins, themes, branding removal)

  • Refundable within 7 days of purchase if the plugin/theme has a significant defect that prevents it from functioning as described.
  • Cosmetic preferences or change of mind are not grounds for a refund on digital goods.

2. Digital Download Refunds

Digital photo purchases are transactions between the Buyer and the Seller. PixVend facilitates the transaction but does not control the content.

  • Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital download sales are final by default.
  • Individual Sellers may choose to offer refunds at their discretion.
  • If you received the wrong file, a corrupted download, or did not receive the file at all, contact the Seller first. If unresolved, contact [email protected] and we will investigate.
  • If a Seller’s content is found to be fraudulent, stolen, or materially misrepresented, PixVend will issue a full refund to the Buyer.

3. Print Order Refunds

Print orders are fulfilled by Prodigi, a third-party print partner. Refund eligibility depends on the issue:

Eligible for refund or reprint

  • Print arrived damaged or defective.
  • Wrong product or size was shipped.
  • Print was lost in transit (after reasonable delivery window).
  • Significant color or quality issues that differ from the preview.

Not eligible for refund

  • Buyer changed their mind after the order was submitted to production.
  • Minor color variations between screen display and physical print (this is normal across different monitors and print processes).
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the Buyer.

Process

  1. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. We will coordinate with Prodigi to arrange a reprint or refund.
  3. Reprints are shipped at no additional cost. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Subscription refunds — processed by PixVend via Stripe. Typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days.
  • Purchase refunds (digital/print) — processed by PixVend as the merchant of record on the buyer’s card statement. The refund amount, including any portion of PixVend’s platform fee, is debited from the Seller’s Connected Account balance and credited back to the buyer’s original payment method. If the Seller’s Connected Account has insufficient funds at the time of the refund, PixVend may cover the refund and recover the amount from future Seller payouts or by direct invoice.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage Buyers to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Chargebacks, including any associated Stripe fees and network fines, are recovered from the Seller per Section 6a of our Terms of Service. Filing a chargeback for a legitimately delivered product may result in the Buyer being banned from the Platform and the Seller pursuing collection of the disputed amount.
