2. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

3. Photography-Specific Rules

  • Model releases — if you sell photos of identifiable people, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate model releases.
  • Event photography — if you photograph events (sports, weddings, etc.), you must have authorization from the event organizer to photograph and sell images commercially.
  • Property releases — photos of certain private properties or copyrighted structures may require property releases for commercial sale.
  • Drone photography — must comply with FAA regulations (or equivalent in your jurisdiction).

4. Theme & Plugin Marketplace

  • Marketplace submissions must not contain malicious code, tracking scripts, or hidden functionality.
  • Themes and plugins must not collect user data beyond what is necessary for their stated purpose.
  • Copied or plagiarized themes/plugins will be removed and the developer’s marketplace access revoked.

5. Enforcement

We enforce this policy through a combination of automated detection, user reports, and manual review.

  • First violation — content removed, written warning.
  • Second violation — content removed, account restricted (upload capability suspended for 7 days).
  • Third violation — account permanently terminated.

Severe violations (CSAM, fraud, threats of violence) result in immediate permanent termination and reporting to law enforcement.
